We all use many apps and visit a lot of websites in our Android devices. But we often find that there are ads in the apps and websites which sometimes become annoying. So today, this tutorial will tell you how to easily block ads and trackers in all the apps and websites we use without root or vpn!

The method we will be using is “Private DNS”. Private DNS lets you connect to various DNS servers and hence can also be used to block ads if we use an ad-blocking DNS Server. The dns server we will be using is AdGuard DNS which is a free ad-blocking DNS server.

To connect to this server, follow these steps:

  • Open your Android Device’s Settings
  • Go to “Network & Internet”
  • Then click on “Private DNS”
  • There, click on “Private DNS provider hostname” and enter dns.adguard.com

And we are done. Now try opening any app or website which has advertisements, and you won’t be able to see any ads in it!
